"Little Card, Big Trouble" Approved by NLRB
The National Labor Relations Board reinforced employers' rights to communicate with employees their views on unionization, including their union-free philosophy. The NLRB ruled that it is lawful for employers - even those with unionized employees - to make "anti-union" statements to their employees and that companies are within their rights to show "Little Card, Big Trouble," even to new employees during the orientation process.
