For Beverly Healthcare, Projections constructed a series of custom
eLearning employee training programs that feature well-written video
vignettes, narration, on-screen visuals, and interactive exercises.
The 3-Part eLearning Training series included custom-developed Harassment
Training, Compliance, and Supervisor Training. Projections developed
these training programs online, allowing Beverly employees
to take the training at their convenience, overcoming shift schedule
issues and geographical restrictions.
As each employee completes
the eLearning training programs, their results are automatically sent
to Beverly Healthcare, helping the company to stay compliant with
the law.
