Projections created an educational employee communications video program that featured a personable on-camera narrator, clever editing, and humor to announce that Michelin was offering a stock purchase plan to any of its employees for the first time in company history. Their message needed to not only explain the complexities of the plan, but also to motivate the employees to join. Michelin wanted this program to make their employees feel that by participating in the stock purchase plan they would be more involved with the company.
